Working for the XM2 aerial drone unit, Lewis Andrews had a brief role in the preparation stages of Marvel’s Secret Invasion, featuring the iconic Samuel L. Jackson.

In anticipation of the main unit shooting, XM2 teamed up with renowned stunt coordinator Rob Inch to meticulously plan and prepare for the complex aerial sequences that would be integral to the Secret Invasion storyline. Dunsfold Aerodrome served as the backdrop for these preparations, setting the stage for the high-octane action that would follow.

One of the most difficult challenges tackled was shooting heavy lifter drones near exploding vehicles and fast-moving tracking vehicles. This demanding task demanded close knit communication between the aerial drone unit and the stunt coordinator, as safety and precision were paramount. The close coordination ensured that every shot captured the heart-pounding intensity and dynamism that Marvel Studios are known for.
