Zoom H6 Recorder Hire
Zoom H6 Recorder Hire – Rent from Wonderfilm Pictures
The Zoom H6 is a versatile portable audio recorder for film, TV, interviews, podcasts, live events and location sound. Compact and easy to use, it is a practical sound department tool for capturing dialogue, ambience, reference audio and multi-source recordings on set.
With four XLR/TRS combo inputs and an interchangeable microphone capsule system, the H6 can be used with external microphones, wireless receiver outputs, line-level feeds or its own mic capsule. Individual gain control on every input means levels can be set per source. It supports up to six-track recording, allowing separate sources to be recorded independently for a cleaner, more organised post-production workflow.
Audio is captured as WAV at up to 24-bit / 96kHz, with a colour LCD for monitoring levels and a headphone output for checking feeds on set. The H6 also works as a USB audio interface, so it can be connected to a laptop for transfer or live capture.
Battery powered and lightweight, the Zoom H6 is ideal for location work, camera sound, interviews, backup audio and any job needing a flexible portable recorder. Compatible media, batteries and cables are available on request.
Hire the Zoom H6 from Wonderfilm Pictures for shoots in London, across the UK and worldwide.
