Monitors

Wonderfilm provides on-set monitoring solutions built around the SmallHD 702 Bright, a rugged 7-inch field monitor well-suited to outdoor and daylight shooting. Despite being a discontinued model, the 702 Bright remains a respected industry standard due to its 1000-nit brightness, clear 1080p resolution, and durable aluminium unibody construction.

The monitor runs SmallHD’s Page Builder OS, allowing operators to configure focus peaking, false colour, LUT previews, waveform, and more. Its dual battery support for Sony L-Series or Canon LP-E6 makes it flexible for handheld rigs, gimbals, and compact setups.

The 702 Bright performs reliably in high-contrast environments and maintains colour consistency, making it useful for directors, camera operators, and focus pullers alike. Whether used as an on-camera monitor, director’s monitor, or reference screen, it provides dependable viewing in challenging lighting conditions.

Each rental includes necessary mounting hardware and power options, ensuring quick setup on set. For productions requiring simple, effective monitoring without unnecessary complexity, the SmallHD 702 Bright offers proven performance.
